Jeremy began his career in the waste and recycling industry with a leading sustainable tech company. During this time, he collaborated with some of the nation's largest logistics companies, gaining invaluable experience in recycling unconventional items. One notable achievement was finding an animal feed company to take a pallet of dog food that had been destroyed in the rain. Another unique solution involved repurposing an abandoned 18-wheeler trailer for a farmer, who used it to build an outbuilding for his field workers. Transitioning into the hospitality sector, Jeremy worked closely with restaurants, immersing himself in the world of composting. His diverse background in sustainability and logistics has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of waste management, recycling, and eco-friendly practices, making him a valuable asset in promoting sustainable solutions across industries.
Ashley has built a distinguished career working for a sustainable tech company, where she played a pivotal role in collaborating with one of the nation's largest quick-service restaurants. Her efforts have been instrumental in helping the company achieve its ambitious sustainability goals, particularly in the sustainable disposal of grease and oil waste. When Ashley isn't working to promote eco-friendly waste disposal methods in her community, she is devoted to her family life, energetically running after her son Hudson (the "H" in A & H Junk Haulers). She is also an avid sports enthusiast, passionately supporting the Houston Dash alongside her wife and their son, affectionately known as Huddiebean. Ashley's blend of professional expertise and personal dedication to sustainability makes her an invaluable advocate for environmental responsibility, both in her professional endeavors and in her daily life.
